Any tiredness you notice in a woman is rarely accidental.
It usually has a long backstory.
It’s this fatigue of keeping the world stitched together in ways no one has named yet. Of sending a meal without announcing it, of listening to long voice notes and holding silence where it’s needed. Community doesn’t simply happen. Women quietly assemble it, between meetings, errands, and unspoken obligations.
None of this shows up on a timesheet.
Yet all of it costs energy.
And the body remembers the cost. Fragmented sleep, low-grade anxiety, a drifting away from itself, and lifestyle disorders that feel unfair but familiar.
This is where Shakti enters the conversation.
This year, it happens to fall close to Women’s Day. We wish every day honoured women with the same attentiveness. Until then, we are creating a pause… something held carefully for you.
Not to celebrate you only as a woman, but to welcome you back as a person. One who deserves rest. Softness. Unrushed time. A chance to return to herself without having to explain why.
What Shakti 4.0 holds
Shakti 4.0 doesn’t come with instructions on who you should be here.
It may gently restore what has faded.
Or it may simply place colours in front of you and let you choose.
Your nourishment might look like a warm meal, a slow walk in nature, rolling on the grass without a purpose, or sitting quietly as the sun comes up. There is room for stillness and movement, release and laughter, solitude and shared moments, without pressure to participate in all of it.

Art-based explorations and sharing circles
Unstructured time to journal, rest, move, or simply exist

Meet the facilitators

Akshada Anikhendi
Akshada Anikhindi is a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, NLP Master Practitioner . She is both a trauma-informed and a queer affirmative practitioner, creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all. Akshada specializes in relationship counselling, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, self-worth, and executive coaching.
Her approach is deeply rooted in narrative practices and a strengths-based philosophy. She works alongside her clients, helping them reframe their stories, uncover their inner strengths, and create personal strategies to meet their goals. In her sessions, she integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including inner child healing and age regression, to support her clients' deeper healing journeys.

Priya Chaphekar
In her late twenties, Priya traded the fast-paced world of lifestyle journalism for the depth of yoga, transitioning from writing about beauty trends to chanting Vedic mantras and embracing a sattvic lifestyle. A Quality Council of India-certified instructor with over a decade of experience, she brings fresh elements to every class, workshop, and retreat, helping students navigate lifestyle disorders and mental well-being. A certified Pregnancy Yoga expert, she has supported many expectant mothers on their journey. Her classes blend asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, sound healing, and more, fostering deep inner connection. Continually expanding her knowledge, Priya teaches both online and at a couple of cozy studios in Thane, while also co-founding Mind & Mat Co., a wellness company curating wellness workshops, events and nature retreats.
