Meditation and Kosha Integration During Sound Healing

A Journey into the self

In a world full of noise, Naada is a gentle pause. A return to what’s been quiet within. This retreat is not about fixing, solving, or achieving anything; it is about tuning in to the voice we’ve silenced, the subtle knowing we’ve forgotten.

Through sound, movement, and breath, Naada opens the doorway to self-inquiry. It’s where the journey begins – not with conclusions, but with the courage to listen and the curiosity to follow what unfolds.

Who is this retreat for?

Naada is for anyone who senses that something within them has long been unspoken – not because they weren’t listening, but because life kept them too busy to hear.

If you feel disconnected from your own rhythm, unsure of what’s next, or simply called to slow down and meet yourself without pressure or performance – this is your space.

You don’t need experience with yoga, retreats, or sound healing. Just a willingness to show up, to listen, and to begin.

Saunskruti Kher

Post graduate diploma in yoga education, kaivalyadhama

Saunskruti’s path into Yoga Therapy began with the loss of her grandmother, a moment that triggered what felt like the unravelling of her entire life. What followed were months of searching for support: visits to psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. And yet, nothing quite reached the part of her that was truly hurting.

Eventually, she made a decision: to step away from the life she had built. She quit her job and took time out to heal; not just on the surface, but from the inside out.

She spent a year living and studying at Kaivalyadhama, an ashram and pioneering yoga research centre in Lonavala. There, she began the slow, deliberate work of self-inquiry. With the guidance of teachers and the support of various healing modalities, she started to return to herself, quietly, piece by piece.

One day, during a moment of deep questioning, she asked her teacher what it would take to feel whole again. The answer was simple: “Share pieces of you.” That moment planted the seed for what would later become the Shanti retreat.

Today, Saunskruti holds a 200-hour Teacher Training Certification from The Yoga Institute (Mumbai), a Yoga Instructor Certification from SVYASA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Yoga Therapy to continue deepening her work and is steadily expanding her understanding through other healing traditions as well.

Looking for a deeper journey?

Naada often opens the door – but it doesn’t walk the whole path. Shanti is a 6-night deep-dive into the patterns, beliefs, and inner stories that shape your life.

It’s where silence turns into clarity, and where the discomfort of awareness becomes the starting point for transformation.
