Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We’re not a hotel, but a homestay experience. If you’re looking to meet other people, engage in meaningful conversations, or just be by yourself by the lakeside, you’ve come to the right place. However, if you’re looking to party or for luxuries (like bellboys or room service), we’re afraid we may not be your cup of tea!

What should you expect in a home stay experience?
The fundamental difference between staying in a hotel & homestay is interaction. For guests who prefer to stay to themselves, order room service & indulge in luxuries, a hotel is a perfect fit. However, if that doesn’t sound like you, then you should probably try staying at a homestay!
We pride ourselves in not having televisions. It is is for this reason that guests get out of the virtual world to meet & engage with people in reality! We enjoy interacting with our guests, and most often than not, our guests enjoy interacting with each other! Moreover, we love seeing how people from different walks of life come together as strangers, but end up becoming friends before leaving!

Single Room for two guests with breakfast. Additional 3rd person, INR 2,000/-.

- Long Term Stay (3 Nights) INR 4,800*
Inclusive of breakfast for two guests, one room. Not applicable for Summer Tariffs/ Peak days / Sula Fest / December Rates.
- Long Term Stay (6 Nights) INR 4,000*
Inclusive of breakfast for two guests, one room. Not applicable on Peak days / Sula Fest / December Rates.

Age up to 8 years only. Valid ID proof needed. No additional bedding provided. Any additional bedding will be charged at INR 2000 per child, per night. There are provisions for only one additional bedding per room.
