About The Facilitator

Yoga at Utopia Farmstay with Charu

After a decade in the fast paced corporate world, Charu turned to yoga to navigate through stress. Today, she has been practising for 10+ years and helps others do the same. An empathetic yoga teacher who believes in realistic yoga practice that goes beyond learning asanas, her students come from all backgrounds and histories. She believes in teaching mindfully, focusing on techniques that help build a relationship with themselves. Her sharp instructions and endless patience make her an incredibly approachable guide for someone new to yoga. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, her class will leave you feeling fresh, centered and feeling better.
