Meet the facilitators

Akshada

Meet Akshada, aka The Candid Therapist, a Clinical Hypnotherapist with an MA in Psychology, NLP Master, and a Trauma-informed Queer Affirmative Practitioner. Specializing in relationship counseling, interpersonal dynamics within families, anxiety, depression, self-worth, self- esteem, and executive coaching, she brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.

Priya

Priya, a former lifestyle journalist turned yoga teacher with 5+ years of experience, has impacted hundreds of lives through her classes, retreats, and workshops. Using mantra chanting, asanas, pranayama, and restorative yoga, she addresses lifestyle disorders and promotes mental well-being. She views yoga as a holistic science, guiding students on a profound journey of self- discovery through a balance of stillness and movement.

Amrit

An animator and traveller, Amrit transformed her journey of personal development into a career as a life coach and mental health professional. Currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Psychology, she seamlessly integrates her studies into her practice. With 4+ years of experience, her expertise spans emotional intelligence coaching, individual and couples counselling, anxiety and depression counselling, goal setting, NLP and mindfulness
